Crisis Support Services
How we can help?
As the ‘front-door’ to the Crisis Services Network, the Crisis Contact Centre offers a 24-hour, statewide crisis response to people of all ages. We work with over 10,000 households a year, many of whom are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
Immediate assistance may include: emergency housing, vouchers for food and other essentials, information, advocacy and planning, as well as referral to specialist supports in relation to housing, family violence, alcohol and other drug use and mental health.
The Crisis Contact Centre is open for face-to-face assistance from 9am until 11pm every day of the year. No appointment required.
